After much tummy ache, nausea, needle poking, wondering out loud, GP visiting, and general confusion, my doctor has diagnosed me with a lactose intolerance. Which is not that surprising, though I'm not convinced it's the answer to your of tummy trouble. However, a good way towards it.
I am genuinely surprised, however, by the lack of dairy free recipes available, even on the internet. Or rather, recipes not aimed at vegan or those who can get away with eating some dairy. Or people who are 'super healthy' and only seem to eat tree nuts and raw vegetable. I'm sorely tempted to start putting my own recipes on here, along with product reviews. This sounds really corny, but there's a real lack of everyday stuff.
